What's your favorite in-built app in Mac OS? Mine is iMovie and iDVD.

Great, in that case I'll go for that, even though I don't use iOS or Mac OS, and don't even know if it is built in or not.
In terms of web browsers you may as well stick to safari on iOS as the rest are complete clones of Safari.
