Microsoft Hearts - cheating!

Remember that program that launched with Windows XP, that was called "Hearts"? As in the card game?
Well, that card game has gone on to Windows Vista and 7. It was dropped from windows 8 onwards (Microsoft want people to use apps from the store instead).
Well, all I can say is... Windows 7 Hearts CHEATS!
I'm not going to sum it up here, because it is summed up in this article (including the comments section) and this Forum thread.
What has your experience been with that program? Are you able to maintain even a half decent success rate - mine is at 25%!
