ITV1 Tonight programme about online shopping and couriers - "Secrets Of Your Online Shop"

ITV has recently aired a program as part of the "Tonight" program, about online shopping and couriers.
Dubbed "Secrets Of Your Online Shop", it details just what can - and will - happen between you placing your order and it arriving - if it even arrives in the first place.
You'll quickly find the good, the bad, and the downright idiotic - when it comes to couriers doing their job.
