Thank you for letting me know; that is great news! The sooner LPS is completely gotten rid of, the better - as LPS gives off a very poor quality of light, and is now beaten in power efficiency by LED.

Did all of those LPS lights display faults, or just a few?

Also, regarding the weird halide lights, I spoke to someone else regarding these, and they said the plan was to keep them halide for as long as possible, and trying to repair them? Someone really hasn't thought it through; these lights are beyond had it, as only 3 of them work well (out of 32!) and you can't get the bits for them anymore.
The lights are 25 years old as of today! (Give or take a day or two.) So how on earth are you supposed to get bits for them?

Most of them had that pinkish red or dull orange fault. And were 23 years old!

Oh okay then, so probably not worth salvaging tbh. And anyway, you'd have to try and find a very long, thin CFL bulb to go in, or a very long, thin LED retrofit.

How are you getting on regarding the salvage of LPS/HPS fittings?

Still no luck.

Also, some further bad news, if you look on Google maps for Morrisons Scunthorpe you'll see its situated by a lake and you'll see the road going past, one side is the lake and Morrisons and the other the steelworks and normally at night the lake is illuminated by the reflection of the sodium street lighting on the road going past, but when I went tonight, the lake looked eerily dark as new LED street lighting had been put in on the road going past, and there was no reflection from the LED lights onto the lake.
