Vodafone - take them to court? (DS)

Postby spotify95 » September 24th, 2017, 10:05 am

Hi,

I saw a post recently on DS regarding Vodafone and how they have been very threatening, despite the customer doing nothing wrong and trying multiple times to get things right.

You can see what I mean at the bottom of this page: https://forums.digitalspy.com/discussio ... hread/p230

Now, under those circumstances, what would you do? Would you try and ring Vodafone again to get it sorted? Take it up with a CEO? Or possibly even take them to court over the threatening letters?

I know what I'd personally be tempted to do!

Your thoughts?

I'm sure I remember something similar happening to us as well! In this case we just kept phoning to complain, until eventually they solved the problem. Then we switched.

@spotify95 I'd be tempted by the court action route too.
