The choice of username gives it away... as well as a Russian IP address that would more than likely be used to spam the place with Russian.

Yep, I sure do
Though the principle still applies: creating usernames that suspect PBU's, or any other thing that may link you to a PBU account, and the account that has recently been created will also be banned, regardless of posting status.
