The picture gallery thread - share you photos here!

This thread is for anybody who wishes to share with us any of their photos they may have taken whilst out and about, and might even like some feedback on their photography skills. :)

You may either upload the picture as an attachment onto here or use embed tags to embed an off-site image. (The later is what I would prefer you to do).

Have fun!

Nice! Where was this taken? Looks like an industrial area.

They have these old, nasty things at my university - most do not work and they are obsolete (circa 1993!) However there are plans to replace them. :yep:

I think I've seen that image before, so I'm guessing it's somewhere from North Lincolnshire. Don't know where though.

Do you like taking photos of random things? :)
Which uni do you go to if you don't mind me asking?

I had wanted to take a photo of those old, nasty lights for quite some time! :D

I go to De Montfort University, by the way. :)

Love it! Brings back memories of an old building at the college I used to go to, and that building has since been demolished. :(

do you know where on earth you can get spare parts for these nasty bulbs? as I said DMU has lot of these that don't work and they are obsolete.

They need replacing with something more eco friendly, and more reliable, like an LED bulb!

I don't know, and would much rather recommend replacements that are LED as you suggested.
