Edible seeds?
I wonder which seeds are edible after drying. I have tried sunflower seed and pumpkin seed and both arent bad

I've tried a protein bar made from pumpkin seeds, almond butter and blackcurrants.

I suppose the overlapped flavours might result in a totally new flavour?

Peeling off its skin is such a chore tho

The flavor is so worth me visiting the hospital, just so that I can get those protein bars from a vending machine there.
